You have your own personal code to use for presale access.

Your personal presale code can be found on the event details pages within the fan club.

To view the event details page for the show you’re wanting to attend, click on Tour in the navigation menu and then click on the name of the venue for that date. Your code will be inside the white box at the top of the page. (See example below). You may then purchase tickets by using the ticket links on that page.
